AAP Immunization Project
The New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (NJAAP) is offering a limited number of NJ practices the opportunity to participate in a 1-year program to improve infant and child health through immunization and earn a total of 50 MOC credits, 25 points in 2017 and 25 points in 2018. In this program you will:
- Earn 50 MOC Part 4 credit and up to 20 PI CME credits.
- Receive valuable training in 4 learning sessions, 2 in-person and 2 webinar, conducted by national QI experts.
- Learn how to improve patient care on a population basis and improve workflows in your practice.
This quality improvement collaborative is led by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and is open to member and non-member physicians and their practice-based teams. The project goal is to improve vaccination rates for children up to two years of age across the United States.
