Noelle Abbott
Program Specialist Trainee, NJ Department of Health
Noelle Abbott currently works for the New Jersey Department of Health in the Division of Family Health Services as a Program Specialist Trainee. In her role she assists with monitoring and evaluation for grants that address maternal and infant health disparities, specifically black infant mortality in New Jersey.
Noelle graduated from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in 2021 where she earned her B.S. in Public Health. She has experience working with vulnerable populations, health education and outreach, and maternal and child health.
