Who We Are

Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, Inc. (CJFHC), was originally organized through funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 1988.  Established in 1992, CJFHC is a leading private non–profit 501(C)3 organization licensed by the NJ Department of Health and part of a regionalized maternal and child health (MCH) system.

SNJPC is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) coalition of healthcare professionals and consumers licensed by the NJ Department of Health as the Maternal and Child Health Consortium serving the seven counties of South Jersey. Founded in 1982, the Cooperative strives to maximize resources, address gaps in care and identify emerging regional needs.

The Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey was a merger of three state child and maternal health consortia in 2012. Licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, the Partnership serves as the lead planning agency for maternal and child health services in Northern New Jersey.
