The New Jersey Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics (NJAAP) is made up of more than 1,900 pediatricians, pediatric sub-specialists, and allied health professionals dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults throughout New Jersey.


Pediatricians are the most trusted resource for children and families and play an important role in promoting relational health. We provide a diverse, customized, high-quality, evidence-based education to a wide variety of audiences. Our Speakers Bureau have expertise, knowledge, and experience in a wide variety of topics including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), toxic stress, behavioral health, cyberbullying, racism, gun violence, positive parenting. Our speakers are also well-respected in the field and have influence in the pediatric professional community to provide high quality educational programming.

We pride ourselves on the educational programs offered – they are customizable to fit your needs. NJAAP has the capacity to offer one-time live webinars, live webinar series on a particular theme, recorded webinars and webinar series, half-day or full day sessions or conferences, in-person and virtual group learning sessions and technical assistance, and Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) programs.
