Combating COVID-19 in Children and Young Adults

Over 15.47 million children have tested positive for COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic, and >2100 have died of related complications, such as Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (1, 2). Children with underlying conditions are more likely to experience severe effects of COVID-19, but even healthy children can be severely affected, and children can spread COVID-19 to others. Safe and effective primary series and booster vaccinations are available for children 6 months and older.

This website presents multilingual resources for reliable and accurate information about COVID-19 vaccines in children for community members. Links to information on relevant topics related to COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccines obtained from various sources have been reviewed by Pediatric faculty experts and compiled.

These resources are available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, Tagalog, Gujarati, Arabic, Russian, and Haitian Creole (The major languages spoken in New Jersey). Click here to access.
